I started this company out of my passion for real estate rehabbing. I’ve always loved the process of taking a property, transforming it, and adding value. Working with investors to purchase homes, enhance them, and increase their profitability is incredibly rewarding. At the same time, I’m able to help sellers who may not have the time or resources to renovate, by taking properties off their hands and giving them a fresh start. My Story
I’m a proud Colorado resident with a background in engineering and a degree from Oregon State University. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience in construction management, honing my skills and expertise in the field. I met my wife in high school, and together we’ve built a life with our three beautiful children. Our family loves outdoor adventures, cooking together, and exploring the stunning Colorado mountains. They are the heart of everything I do, driving my passion to create a thriving, beautiful community here in Durango. Building both homes and connections is at the core of my mission.
